It's back, the South West's biggest rugby event is returning for it's second year and we promise 2009 will be even better!

Last year saw three days of amazing rugby in the blistering heat of Newquay, with highlights including the Wooden Spoon ladies dominating the Women's Open, the Superheroes and Ninja Turtles teaming up, Ronin Impact taking the spoils in the Men's Open, some bizarre PVC costumes and most of all the unbelievable Men's Invitation final which saw the British Army just pip the Adidas Marauders to the title.

This year is guaranteed to be bigger and better. The Men's Invitation will be even more intense as the top 7s teams in the country return to battle local boys the Cornish Pirates and Plymouth Albion for the title. The extended Men's Open and revamped President's Cup will ensure quality men's rugby throughout the weekend. The Women's Open is back with all eyes on the Wooden Spoon team, can anyone beat them this time?
